Refund Policy

Yearly plans: 7-day refund, no questions asked

If you subscribe to a yearly plan (Test Prep or Premium) and it isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked.

To request one, email contact@swtestprep.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request.” We aim to process refunds within 5 business days; the money typically lands back on your card within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Monthly plans: cancel anytime

Monthly plans aren’t refunded — instead, you can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged again. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

To cancel, open your account and choose “Manage billing or cancel.” Stripe’s secure billing portal confirms the change and keeps your access active through the end of the paid period.

After the 7-day window

Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days, except where required by law. You can still cancel at any point so the plan doesn’t renew the following year.

Free tier

The free tier has no charge, so there’s nothing to refund.
